Mercyline and her mother live with her 5 siblings in Magarini Hill Village. Her father died of AIDS. Mercyline is a second grader at Kaembeni Primary. She is first in her class. Her mother sells old clothes and tends a small garden. Mercyline likes to play netball and loves to sing and dance. She has her heart set on becoming a doctor. Mercyline is sponsored by Jeanie Ogden.
